This iOS and Android update introduces new “Read” and “Action” messages for improved team communication, alongside quality-of-life upgrades like dispatch photos, improved user management, and more. Here’s what’s coming:

Read and Action

Keep your frontline informed and accountable with in-the-moment messaging that sticks.


Read ensures key updates are seen and acknowledged.

Action adds task assignments for when communication needs follow-through.

Use Cases:

  • Share sales updates with targeted action items for managers
  • Send weather alerts and emergency prep instructions to all staff

  • Notify evening teams of who’s closing and what needs attention
  • Dispatch maintenance tasks while alerting staff of in-progress work

  • Promote upselling tactics by sharing product shifts and talking points

  • Boost morale by broadcasting positive customer feedback and shoutouts

Send Photos

In the dispatch menu, you can now include photos in all of the communication options.

Use cases:

  • Price checks with visual context

  • Tour notes with photos of displays or issues

  • Sales updates with images of dashboard or promotions

Quick Scout

Enable proactive engagement in seconds. Just double-tap the request tab icon to instantly enter a Scout — signaling you’re with a customer.

Add Characters to Aisle #

In Manage Beacons you can now add more context to beacon locations by including characters in aisle #s.

Use cases:

  • In-Aisle buttons 012R02
  • Display Sections 9SSW22

Button Presses Counter

Requests now show how many times a button has been pressed.

  • Bathroom cleanliness e.g. multiple reports about a restroom issue
  • Understanding customer patience tolerance

User Management

Admins and managers can now set a user’s profile level both during creation and from the User Detail page—no desktop portal required. The email field has also been removed as a mandatory field to streamline the process.
